CONDITIONS.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Puntx.co platform operated by Zinger Bookmaking Pty Ltd (ABN 86 680 307 439, ACN 680 307 439). By registering or using Puntx.co, you agree to be bound by these terms. Puntx.co is licensed by Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission under Licence No. NT-RWC-SB-2017-0673.

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply unless context dictates otherwise:

• 1. Account: Means a registered Puntx.co customer account.
• 2. Betting Account: Means the primary wagering account held by a customer.
• 3. Betting Account Wallet: Means the wallet associated with the Betting Account used for sports and racing wagering.
• 4. Showdown Account: Means the portion of a customer's account used for showdown contest entries.
• 5. Showdown Account Wallet: Means the wallet associated with the Showdown Account.
• 6. Customer: Means any person who has registered an account with Puntx.co.
• 7. Event: Means any sporting event, race or contest on which Puntx.co offers wagering markets.
• 8. Market: Means a specific wagering opportunity offered by Puntx.co on an Event.
• 9. Operator: Means Zinger Bookmaking Pty Ltd (ABN 86 680 307 439).
• 10. Platform: Means the Puntx.co website, mobile site and any associated applications.
• 11. Regulator: Means Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission.
• 12. Settlement: Means the process by which Puntx.co determines the outcome of a wager and credits or debits the customer's account accordingly.
• 13. Wager or Bet: Means any amount staked by a customer on an Event or Market offered by Puntx.co.

• 3.1: These Terms constitute a binding agreement between Puntx.co (operated by Zinger Bookmaking Pty Ltd) and the Customer.
• 3.2: Puntx.co reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes communicated via email or notification.
• 3.3: Customer's responsibility to review Terms regularly. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
• 3.4: Governed by the laws of the Northern Territory. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Northern Territory.
• 3.5: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining provisions.
• 3.6: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
• 3.7: These Terms, Privacy Policy, and applicable Promotion Terms constitute the entire agreement.

• 4.1: To open an account: (a) be at least 18; (b) be Australian resident; (c) not be self-excluded under BetStop; (d) not be a prohibited person.
• 4.2: One account per customer. Duplicates may be closed.
• 4.3: No account sharing. Customers responsible for login security.
• 4.4: Puntx.co may refuse or close accounts at discretion.
• 4.5: Access may be restricted for maintenance or compliance.

• 5.1: Identity verification required under AML/CTF legislation.
• 5.2: Documents required: (a) government photo ID; (b) proof of address; (c) proof of payment method ownership.
• 5.3: Third-party verification services may be used.
• 5.4: Functionality restricted until verification complete.
• 5.5: Additional documentation may be requested.

• 6.1: Approved payment methods only. Debit cards only; credit cards not accepted.
• 6.2: No fees from Puntx.co; third parties may charge.
• 6.3: Min/max amounts apply.
• 6.4: Withdrawals to same payment method where possible.
• 6.5: Processing up to five business days.
• 6.6: Additional verification before withdrawals.
• 6.7: Betting Account Wallet and Showdown Account Wallet funds segregated.

• 7.1: Available only in Australia.
• 7.2: Must not access from prohibited jurisdictions.
• 7.3: Wagers from restricted jurisdictions may be voided.

• 8.1: Zero-tolerance approach.
• 8.2: Wagers may be voided, accounts closed, funds withheld.
• 8.3: Includes: (a) stolen payment methods; (b) identity fraud; (c) collusion; (d) automated software/bots; (e) exploitation of errors; (f) match-fixing.
• 8.4: May report to law enforcement and Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission.

• 9.1: Contact via Contact Us page.
• 9.2: Reasonable timeframe resolution.
• 9.3: Escalation to Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission.
• 9.4: Puntx.co's settlement decision is final, subject to regulatory intervention.

• 10.1: Rights to: (a) refuse/limit/cancel/void wagers; (b) suspend/terminate accounts; (c) withhold funds; (d) amend odds/markets; (e) correct obvious errors.
• 10.2: Not liable for loss from exercising reserved rights, except as required by law.

• 11.1: Puntx.co may assign rights without customer consent.
• 11.2: Customers may not assign their account.

• 12.1: Committed to safe, responsible wagering.
• 12.2: Tools: (a) Deposit Limits; (b) Take a Break; (c) Self-Exclusion; (d) Reality Checks.
• 12.3: Visit Responsible Gambling page or Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858).
• 12.4: Complies with Northern Territory legislation.

• 13.1: Collected for wagering services, verification, compliance, communications.
• 13.2: Governed by Privacy Policy.
• 13.3: Consent given by registering.

• 14.1: All content is property of Zinger Bookmaking Pty Ltd or licensors.
• 14.2: No reproduction without written consent.
• 14.3: Puntx.co name and branding are trademarks.

• 15.1: Links to third-party sites; not responsible for their content.
• 15.2: May engage third-party providers.
• 15.3: Inclusion does not imply endorsement.

• 16.1: Not liable for: (a) system failures; (b) connectivity issues; (c) data transmission errors; (d) hardware/software malfunctions.
• 16.2: Reasonable endeavours to restore wagers.
• 16.3: No guarantee of uninterrupted access.

• 17.1: Consumer guarantees not excluded.
• 17.2: Liability limited to re-supply or refund where permitted.

• 18.1: Responsible for: (a) accurate account info; (b) legal compliance; (c) login security; (d) understanding Terms.
• 18.2: Must not use Platform unlawfully.

• 19.1: Customer funds in segregated accounts.
• 19.2: Adequate financial arrangements maintained.
• 19.3: Betting and Showdown wallets tracked separately.

• 20.1: May offer promotions subject to specific terms.
• 20.2: Subject to NT regulatory requirements.
• 20.3: May modify or withdraw offers.
• 20.4: Specific promotional terms and conditions apply.

• 21.1: Holds necessary race field approvals.
• 21.2: Cooperates with integrity bodies.
• 21.3: Customers must not use insider information.

• 22.1: Settled per Settlement Rules on Platform.
• 22.2: Based on official governing body results.
• 22.3: Dead heat rule applies.
• 22.4: May correct settlement errors.

• 23.1: Winnings generally not taxable for recreational punters.
• 23.2: Complies with taxation obligations.
• 23.3: Customers responsible for own tax obligations.

• 24.1: Per Privacy Policy and Privacy Act 1988.
• 24.2: Appropriate security measures.
• 24.3: Access/correction requests to Privacy Officer.
• 24.4: See Privacy Policy.

• 25.1: May vary Terms at any time.
• 25.2: Total liability limited to account balance.
• 25.3: Not liable for indirect/consequential loss.
• 25.4: Does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
